OUR FEES FOR BUYING-SELLING PROPERTIES:
- Fees are calculated on the value of the sale
- Mediation: 2% from each party;
- Exchange: 2% from each party on the highest value;
- RENTS
- Fees are calculated on the annual rental value.
- Tenancy and rents 8% from each party.
- Commercial tenancy, no matter for how long, 8% from each party.
- Commercial tenancy and/or season rents for the first year 5% from each party, in case of renewal for the following 3 years 3% from each party.
- ASSIGNMENT
- Commercial assignment or acquisition, even by partial or total company shares of industries, crafts, pharmaceutical, tourist business, hotel, sea resorts, spa resorts, 3% from each party on the total value – start up – equipment – stock.
PLEASE NOTE
- Fees do not include 22% VAT
- Fees are payable at the time of signature of the first contract (compromesso) as long as the same is not subject to suspensive condition.
